Friendture.com
Friendture.com is a social network driven venture funding management web application which assists small and medium sized businesses in creatively raising capital. Friendture.com provides the business owner with a management console to maintain and track commitments and schedules along with notes and blogs regarding capital raised and ongoing business activities.
"Friendture capitalists" who have provided assistance to the business can keep track of progress through a password protected account on Friendture.com. Any blogs, business plans, and other material kept up to date by the business owner in Friendture.com will be available for perusal. This facilitates goodwill between the business owner and those assisting with capital.

757 Creative
757 Creative is a suite of services aimed at helping Hampton Roads entrepreneurs and creative professionals thrive and grow. These services are uniquely interconnected to provide a new or existing business an effective means to achieve success. The suite includes a searchable directory of professionals and services (757 Creative Alliance), a coworking facility on Granby Street (757 Creative Space), and a grant fund to help fuel new businesses (757 Creative Fund.)

Favor Manager
The Favor Manager provides an easy to use tool to allow parties to share, borrow, and trade money and things of value. The system runs on the web and on web enabled phones. It provides a simple negotiation service which allows two parties to agree upon a trade of favors and the timeframe for the trade. Reminders are sent to the borrowing party in the form of emails and optional text messages.

Our process is pretty simple: Explain, Listen, Learn, Act. ELLA.
Explain: We explain our philosophy and what's in our "technology toolkit / bag of tricks" just to give you an idea of what is possible with different timeframes and budgets. This includes demonstrations and some high level overviews of the basics behind good design and business modeling.
Listen: We take the time to listen to your business story. What's working, what do you hope to do, what's not working, etc... Just listen. We'll jot notes and prepare to discuss things after we've heard your story.
Learn: After we've listened, we'll start asking questions and collaborate with you on sketches of the business solution that will work for your situation. By the time we're done, we'll have segued into our next phase...
Act: We work on a solution for you and with you.
With the launch of the 757 Creative Space and 757 Creative Alliance, we'll be partnering with a large number of people. 2011 is going to be an exciting year!
